• For best availability, we require orders to be placed at least 3 weeks in advance.
• Payment or deposit is due at time of order.
• Free delivery within about 15 miles of zip code 85083. If further out, we can meet in a convenient location within that range.
• We will try to accommodate all dietary and allergy restrictions, but will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions. Our products may contain or come in contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy or other allergens.
• Cake pops are best kept refrigerated (up to 2 weeks), but can be kept at room temperature up to 5 days (if they last that long!).
• Each cake pop is individually wrapped and sealed with a twist tie. Typically packaged in a white bakery box with a window lid. If you would like a special arrangement, please let us know and we can create something for an additional cost.
• Cakes on Sticks is registered with the Arizona Department of Health Services' Cottage Food Program (Registration #30405). All products are made in a private home.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
While we understand things happen and plans change, we must consider the time and effort put forth into planning and preparing each individual order.
Orders cancelled at least 14 days prior to due date may be issued a 100% refund.
Orders cancelled 7-13 days prior to due date may be issued a 75% refund.
Orders cancelled 3-6 days prior to due date may be issued a 50% refund.
Orders cancelled within 3 days of the due date may not be issued any refund.
Rescheduling may be considered on a case by case basis; additional fees may apply. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any changes.
Cakes on Sticks is not responsible for any damage incurred after the order has been picked up or delivered.
